Welcome to SeenSync (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services at seensync.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SeenSync.

2. Account Registration

To use SeenSync you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Service Description

SeenSync allows users to sync watched episode data from Plex to Pogdesign. By connecting your Plex and Pogdesign accounts you authorize SeenSync to access and manage relevant viewing information solely for synchronization purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SeenSync offers free trials, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe.

• Trial users will not be charged during the trial period unless they choose to provide payment details and continue.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe on others’ rights;
• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Service’s functionality;
• Share your account with others or misuse API integrations.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to our systems or other users. You may also delete your account at any time via your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeenSync (and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your EU member state of residence.
